How does mobile work?

When you book an appointment, our certified and experienced medical aesthetician will bring a fully equipped mobile MedSpa to your location, creating a relaxing atmosphere for your treatment. They will discuss your goals and concerns before providing tailored, professional care using state-of-the-art techniques. Our goal is to deliver a high-quality, medical-grade treatment that combines precision with the indulgence of a spa experience.

Booking policies

Cancellations: 48 hours is appreciated to re book or cancel appointments. If treatment is cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, then a $50 fee will incur prior to re booking your appointment.

Payment Methods: Payments can be made via Cash or E-Transfer. Square transactions accepted for Visa and MasterCard. Gratuities are at your discretion and are not included in pricing.

Consultations: First Time clients must book a virtual consultation prior to booking a treatment. Must be 18 years or older to receive a treatment. Underage will require parent signature and to be present at the consultation.

Treatment times: All treatment times are approximate. Skin By Brandice reserves the right to refuse services at our discretion.

Refunds: Our refund policy on product purchases is 30 days. The items must be unopened and in original packaging. No refunds on treatments or packages. May apply dollar value of unused treatments to another service.

Booking times

Because Skin By Brandice is a mobile service, treatment times include set up and take down time. Most treatments can be set up in 20 minutes and take down in 20 minutes. Please allow the following times when booking your appointment:

Spray Tans: 60 minutes.

Facial Treatments: 2 hours.
